The PANORAIMA programme contributes both to the goal of delivering more ICT specialists in AI and delivering advanced digital skills education to students from non-technical domains.
The development and delivery of a Master programme, leading to a degree (ISCED level 7) in human-centred AI, consisting of 4 specialized tracks that aim at providing deep knowledge on the responsible development and use of AI technology to (non-ICT) students coming from traditional industries.
Aligns with good health and well-being and other SDGs, including sustainable communities and reduced inequality.

PANORAIMA is building and maintaining a pan-European consortium consisting of 8 higher education institutes, 4 SME’s and 4 Centres of Excellence (CoE) to further promote the education of responsible AI and data science across Europe; the PANORAIMA programme will be co-designed jointly between these higher education institutions, industry and/or research partners.
The delivery of the specialised tracks as self-standing modules that lead to certification (micro credentials). The creation of modules awarding micro credentials supports the reskilling and upskilling of the existing work force.
One of the most important characteristics of the PANORAIMA programme is the way we will build it, by developing the curricula through a so-called Learning Event Schedule. Learning Events (LEs) are small teaching units that can be combined in different ways.
